I grew up always wanting to have my own house. A place that I owned. And of course, when you are pursuing your dreams, thoughts of doubt and fear creep in. Aitana held me accountable and kept me going on finding my dream home. She stuck with me for 2 1/2 years! I told her in January of 2019 to give me year to save and figure out what kind of house I wanted. Come January of 2020, she followed up! Maybe she can also be a life coach? I decided to get a new build and it was smooth RIGHT UP THE LAST WEEK with the builder. The appraiser and my lender wanted the stove and a 10 foot piece of carpet installed before giving it the all clear. Aitana DID NOT LET THAT STOP HER. She was like a wolf who hadn't eaten in weeks. She pursued my lender and builder to get their sides done. We ended up signing on the projected close date. I am so thankful for Aitana and the team at Colorado Home Realty. It feels so good and surreal when one achieves a CHILDHOOD dream. Looking forward to making Aitana my lifetime realtor.

My husband and I used JoAnn and her daughter Aitanna as our realtors and THANK GOODNESS WE DID!!! We were buying a home from out of state without seeing any properties in person so that was a whole adventure but they went ABOVE and beyond the call of duty to make the entire process seamless and even fun for us! They are so amazing at what they do they found us a DREAM home that we never thought we could afford and we were able to get for UNDER asking price!! All because they have their eye so closely on everything and are so FAST! We can't thank them enough and can't recommend them enough to ANYONE looking to buy property! You WILL NOT be disappointed!!

Both Joann and Aitana was great! Words can’t explain how much they’ve helped us! We just recently closed on our house. This was a journey!
