Aitana Gonzales

Aitana is a Colorado native and grew up in Arvada. When she was in kindergarten, when other kids were cooking and cleaning in the playhouse, she asked her teacher for a pen and clipboard so she could write an appraisal on it! Needless to say, real estate is in her blood and she’s had her sights set on her career from a very early age. She chose to follow in her mother’s footsteps, and they have worked together as a team. With strength and determination, Aitana’s mother Joann (also a CHR agent) modeled having a career with a purpose. Her influence, combined with Aitana’s natural ability to listen, guide and serve, led her into full-time real estate, a job that she absolutely loves.


Aitana brings energy, positivity and resourcefulness to her clients, making the process of realizing their dreams as stress-free as possible. In 2020, she was awarded the 2020 Rising Star Real Estate Agent Award and hopes to see many more like it in her future! Serving, helping and encouraging others isn’t limited to work for Aitana.


She’s also a CASA Volunteer (Court Appointed Special Advocate), for abused and neglected children. She’s a dog mom to a beautiful Maltipoo, and when not on long walks around local parks and lakes, you will find Aitana in the yoga studio or exploring new tea, coffee and ice cream shops. When it comes to music and entertainment, she enjoys Hip Hop, R&B and Country as well as bowling and cheering on the Rockies and Broncos. Being very social, Aitana makes building relationships and spending time with family and friends a top priority. The youngest of four girls, Aitana enjoys a close relationship with her sisters and she loves how they are always there for each other.
